The best AI tools for ad agencies in 2026 cover two jobs. For creative analysis, pick Segwise when clients run on several networks or an MMP, and Motion, Atria, Foreplay or Superads for Meta-first clients. For production, add Arcads, HeyGen or Higgsfield.
Segwise is an AI creative analytics and creative generation platform that appears in both groups. It pulls creative and performance data from 15+ ad networks and five MMPs, which is why it suits clients spread across networks, tags every element of every ad, and helps agency teams turn each client's winning patterns into new statics, videos and playables, with every client kept in its own workspace.
This guide splits the 8 tools into analysis tools and generation tools, because they do different jobs and should never be judged in one table. Every price below was read on the vendor's own site on November 2, 2026.
TL;DR: which AI tools fit which agency
- Performance agencies running app, game or multi-network clients: Segwise. It reads AppLovin, Unity, Moloco and other networks next to Meta and TikTok, joins MMP data, and lets you make new ads from each client's winners.
- DTC and ecommerce agencies on Meta and TikTok: Motion if clients can absorb $999 a month at under $50K in spend, Atria if you want analytics, statics and Meta launching for less, Superads if client reporting is the main job.
- Creative strategy shops that live in ad research: Foreplay, for its swipe file, competitor tracking and briefs.
- Agencies selling UGC-style or presenter videos: Arcads or HeyGen, both of which can build a custom avatar of a client's spokesperson.
- Agencies selling cinematic or product video: Higgsfield, which puts many video models in one shared team workspace.
- Agencies that want one tool to find what wins and make the next ad: Segwise, because generation starts from the client's own performance data.

What agencies need from an AI tool that brands don't
A brand buys one tool for one ad account. An agency buys for ten clients, a rotating team and a weekly report that has to justify the retainer. Five things matter more for agencies:
- Client separation. Each client's data, brand rules and generated ads must stay apart, and a client contact should only see their own account.
- How the price grows. Some tools charge by ad spend, some by seat, some by connected ad account or brand. The same agency can pay $225 or $959 a month depending on which one the vendor counts, as the cost table further down shows.
- Network coverage. One client on AppLovin or an MMP rules out every Meta-only tool for that account.
- Client-ready reporting. Live share links, white-label reports or a guest login save the Monday deck.
- A path from insight to the next ad. Most retainers are judged on new creative. A tool that only reports leaves the production gap open.

Which tool is the best multi-platform ad creative management software?
If "multi-platform" means more than Meta, the field narrows fast. This is what each analysis tool connects for creative performance, from each vendor's own pages:
| Tool | Ad platforms for creative analysis | MMP data |
|---|---|---|
| Segwise | 15+ networks, including Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Snapchat, AppLovin (Axon), Unity, Mintegral, Moloco, LinkedIn and Reddit | AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, Singular, Kochava |
| Motion | Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn (AI tagging on Meta only) | None listed; GA4 and Northbeam on Pro |
| Superads | Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google Ads and YouTube | None listed |
| Atria | Meta and TikTok (Google Ads feeds its AI assistant only) | None listed; Triple Whale and Northbeam |
| Foreplay | Meta and TikTok through Lens | None listed |
For an agency with even one mobile app or game client, Segwise is the only tool on this list that reads the gaming networks and the MMP in the same view. For agencies whose clients are all DTC brands on Meta and TikTok, all five work, and the choice comes down to price and workflow. Our guide to creative management platforms for performance teams goes deeper on that category.
What each tool costs as you add clients and people
This is where agency budgets get hard to predict, because each vendor counts something different. Take one example agency: 10 clients, each with a Meta and a TikTok account (20 ad accounts), 8 people, and $200K of combined monthly ad spend. This is our arithmetic on each vendor's published prices:
| Tool | What the price counts | Cost for the example agency |
|---|---|---|
| Superads | Total ad spend across all connected accounts | $225/mo on yearly billing ($125 for the first $100K plus $100 for the next $100K), unlimited users |
| Foreplay | Users and Lens brands, not spend | $459/mo on the Agency plan, which includes 10 users and 10 Lens brands |
| Atria | Ad accounts, seats and spend caps | $959/mo billed annually: Core allows 5 ad accounts and Plus 10, so 20 accounts need Business |
| Motion | Ad spend | Not published: Starter covers up to $50K, and above that Motion says "Let's chat". Its help center also says each workspace holds one ad account per platform |
| Segwise | Ad spend | Segwise starts at $499/month for advertisers spending up to $250K/month, with a special 50% discount for startups spending under $50K/month. Seats are unlimited |
On the generation side, seats drive the bill. A six-person production team pays $249 a month on HeyGen Business ($149 plus $20 for each of five added members) and from $390 a month on Higgsfield Business ($65 per seat). Arcads puts team seats on its Pro plan and above, and shows prices only inside its app.
Two lessons from the table. Spend-based tools get more expensive as clients grow, while seat-based tools get more expensive as your team grows. And tools that count ad accounts punish agencies whose clients run on several platforms.
Best AI tools for creative analysis and strategy
1. Segwise

Best for: performance and growth agencies whose clients run on several ad networks, report through an MMP, or need a steady flow of new ads.
Segwise connects 15+ ad networks and five MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, Singular and Kochava) and tags every hook, CTA, character, visual style and audio element in every ad. For agencies, the growth agencies page says role-based access (Admin, Editor, Viewer) plus client-specific folders mean "each person or client sees only what's theirs". Studio View puts several apps or brands in one interface, and seats and view-only users are unlimited on every plan.
What an agency team uses day to day:
- The Creative Strategy Agent, an AI chat over each client's data. Ask which hooks drove installs last month, get a brief built from top hooks and competitor gaps, or ask for a weekly summary and get a shareable link for the client.
- Competitor tracking from the Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and Google ad libraries, tagged with the same AI used on your own ads.
- Fatigue tracking with alerts by email and Slack, so a tired ad is caught before the client asks.
- Pre-flight Testing, which scores up to 10 new creatives out of 100 against the ads already winning in that client's account, with a run or hold verdict.
- The Creative Generation Agent, which lets you make statics and videos up to 30 seconds, including AI UGC-style ads, from each client's own winning patterns. Playables and CTV spots are managed services, where the Segwise team finishes each asset.
You can use each agent on its own, or do it all in one place by chatting with the Segwise agent: ask how your ads are performing, see what competitors are running, and make new ads from your winners.

See every client in one view: Segwise lets you see each client's winning hooks and fatigue warnings side by side in Studio View, then make new ads from that client's own winning patterns. Start a free trial.
Agencies already report results. Medialicious, a digital ad agency, reports that Segwise-generated creatives now carry about 30% of its total ad spend, with about 150 assets a week downloaded across four apps. HiveMinds, which runs paid media for Jio Financial Services, reports that its weekly creative review dropped from two hours to about 30 minutes, and that a refreshed credit card campaign cut CPA by 25% on Meta and 28% on Google. Both results are customer-reported on Segwise's case study pages.
Pricing: Segwise starts at $499/month for advertisers spending up to $250K/month, with a special 50% discount for startups spending under $50K/month, and includes a 7-day free trial with no credit card.
Limitations:
- The entry price is higher than Atria Core, Foreplay Workflow or Superads, which suits agencies with real spend more than a two-client shop.
- The free trial is 7 days, half of Motion's or Superads' 14, and imports 14 days of history (paid plans import 3 months).
- It does not make avatars of a client's real spokesperson; its AI UGC-style video is AI-generated.
- Finished ads are exported in each network's sizes, and your team uploads them; Segwise does not push ads to ad networks.
- Playables and CTV are managed services, not self-serve editors, and the MCP for Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and Codex is read-only and enabled on request.
2. Motion

Best for: DTC and ecommerce agencies whose clients spend mainly on Meta.
Motion is a creative analytics tool built around Runneth, its AI agent, which its pricing page describes as "Your own always-on Runneth AI brain (dedicated VM)". Runneth answers questions, ships briefs, hooks and reports in Slack, and runs scheduled routines with alerts. Motion's homepage pitches live report sharing "with your team or clients", and the Pro plan adds unlimited view-only guests, which suits client logins.
Pricing: Starter is $999 a month for up to $50K in monthly ad spend, with unlimited seats and ad accounts. Pro (over $50K) and Growth (over $125K) are "Let's chat". There is a 14-day free trial with no credit card.
Limitations:
- Price above $50K of spend is not published, so a growing agency cannot model its bill in advance.
- Its help center says each workspace holds one ad account per platform, so multi-client agencies need a workspace per client.
- AI tagging works on Meta creatives only, and Motion lists no MMP integration.
- For generation, Runneth's site says static ads can be AI generated but "not all ads can be AI generated yet".
3. Atria

Best for: Meta-first ecommerce agencies that want analytics, static ad generation and ad launching in one budget tool.
Atria pairs creative analytics on Meta and TikTok with an AI assistant called Raya, an ad inspiration library, competitor following, static image ad generation, scripts and copy, and launching ads straight to Meta. Its agency page is aimed at agencies and DTC brands, and plans add more connected ad accounts and seats as you move up.
Pricing: On annual billing, Core costs $129 a month for 5 ad accounts and 5 seats, and Business costs $959 a month for unlimited ad accounts and 15 seats. On November 2, 2026 Atria's pricing page ran a Black Friday banner with "% OFF" badges on every plan, measured against higher crossed-out prices. Core's $129 and Business's $959 are the same annual prices Atria listed in mid-October, before the promotion; only Plus is cut, to $343 a month (annual) from $479, for 10 ad accounts. Extra seats are $20 each, and there is a permanent free plan instead of a trial.
Limitations:
- Ad account caps bite early for agencies: 5 on Core and 10 on Plus.
- Google Ads data reaches Raya only, not the analytics dashboards, and no MMP is listed.
- It documents static image generation and video scripts, not finished video ads.
4. Foreplay

Best for: creative strategy teams that start every brief from ad research.
Foreplay is sold as five apps: Swipe File, Discovery (a searchable ad library), Spyder (competitor tracking on Meta), Lens (analytics for your own Meta and TikTok accounts) and Briefs (AI scripts and storyboards). Lens reports can go to clients as white-labeled share links, and Foreplay has an MCP server and an API.
Pricing: The Agency plan is $459 a month, or $389 billed annually, with 10 users, 10 Lens brands and 50+ Spyder brands. Extra users are $20 and extra Lens brands $50. Foreplay does not price by ad spend, and every paid plan has a 7-day free trial.
Limitations:
- Lens covers Meta and TikTok only, and no MMP is named.
- Briefs makes scripts, storyboards and storyboard images; Foreplay does not list finished ad generation.
- At more than 10 client brands, the $50 per extra Lens brand adds up.
5. Superads

Best for: agencies whose biggest weekly job is reporting to clients.
Superads is a creative analytics and reporting tool built by Superside, the creative services company. Its agency page says it analyzes "clients' Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube ad accounts in one place" and can report "across multiple accounts from a single report or dashboard". It tags ads automatically with no naming convention, scores hooks and click-through, and has an AI chat over your data.
Pricing: $125 a month billed yearly ($1,500) for up to $100K of monthly ad spend, plus $100 a month for each extra $100K. Users are unlimited, and there is a 14-day free trial.
Limitations:
- It does not generate ads; Superads points buyers who need production to Superside's creative team.
- No MMP is listed, so app clients' post-install results stay outside it.
- Because the price follows total spend across all connected accounts, every new client raises the bill.
Best AI tools for ad generation
Segwise's generation is covered above. These three are production tools first. HeyGen and Higgsfield document no ad account connection. Arcads' agent, Mark, can read basic results from connected Meta, TikTok and X ad accounts, but Arcads documents no element-level tagging or MMP data. So pair any of them with an analysis tool.
6. Arcads

Best for: agencies producing UGC-style and actor-led video ads for many clients.
Arcads is built around a library of 1,000+ AI actors who speak your script on camera, plus image and video models, a timeline editor and an AI agent called Mark. Its help article for agencies says you "set up each client as its own brand", each with its own brand memory, and can create a custom actor of a client's founder or spokesperson "from a photo or a 2-minute video". Approved ads translate into 176 language and accent options with lip sync.
Arcads' help center also says you can connect Meta, TikTok and X ad accounts so Mark "can read how your ads and posts perform" and publish ads once you approve them. A My ads tab lists each running ad's "status, impressions and spend".
Pricing: Arcads shows dollar prices only inside its app; its help center lists Starter, Creator, Pro, Scale and Business plans by monthly credits, with yearly billing 20% off. The free trial lasts 72 hours with 1,000 credits and needs a card.
Limitations:
- Team seats start on Pro, and its agency article says members "see all brands and content", so you cannot limit a freelancer to one client.
- Its ad account view covers status, impressions and spend; Arcads does not document AI tagging of ad elements, creative analytics dashboards or MMP data.
- Without public prices, you cannot quote a client the tool cost before signing up.
7. HeyGen

Best for: presenter, explainer and avatar videos, and translating approved ads for multi-market clients.
HeyGen is a general AI video platform built on realistic avatars, a text-based video editor and lip-sync translation into 170+ languages. Its agency page describes roles, permissions and shared assets "to keep every team aligned and on brand", and it has an API and an MCP.
Pricing: there is a free plan with 3 videos a month and no card. Creator is $29 a month, or $24 on a yearly plan. Business is $149 a month, or $119 yearly, plus $20 per seat for each added team member.
Limitations:
- It does not connect to ad networks; HeyGen's own ads page says you download videos and upload them yourself.
- It serves many video jobs (training, sales, courses), so performance-ad workflows are one use among several.
8. Higgsfield

Best for: agencies that sell cinematic, product or social video and want many models in one place.
Higgsfield is a multi-model creative studio with models such as Kling, Seedance, Veo and Sora, camera controls, and ad tools including Ads Studio. Its pricing page has Business plans "for agencies and small teams" with shared workspaces and pooled credits.
Pricing: Basic is $9 a month, Pro $29 a month ($23 on yearly billing) and Max $79 a month ($59 yearly). Business plans start at $65 per seat per month for 2 to 15 seats. There is no trial, only a free tier.
Limitations:
- It documents no ad network or MMP connection, so it does not show which of its outputs performed.
- Credits on individual plans reset each billing cycle, so unused volume from a slow client month is lost.
Which AI tools help with creative strategy?
Creative strategy means deciding what to make next and why. Four tools on this list help with it, in different ways:
- Segwise's Creative Strategy Agent answers from each client's own tagged performance data plus competitor ads, and turns the answer into a brief.
- Motion's Runneth works over Meta and TikTok data and ships briefs and hooks in Slack.
- Atria's Raya writes concepts, scripts and ad copy, and grades recent ads on hook, retention, click-through and conversion.
- Foreplay starts from research: its swipe file and competitor tracking feed Briefs, which writes scripts and storyboards.
The question to ask is where the strategy comes from. Research tools show what others run; analytics tools show what worked for your client. For a fuller list, see our guide to AI creative strategist tools. If you used MagicBrief for this, note that MagicBrief shut down on July 31, 2026.
How to choose: a decision rule for agencies
Rule of thumb: buy a paid analysis tool once two of these five are true.
- You manage 3 or more client ad accounts.
- Weekly client reporting takes your team more than 2 hours.
- At least one client spends outside Meta and TikTok, or judges results in an MMP.
- Clients expect new creative every week, and production is the bottleneck.
- More than one person needs the same client view.
If none or one is true, the ad platforms' own reporting and a shared spreadsheet are enough for now. Two or more, and the choice depends on your clients:

- Any client on gaming networks or an MMP: Segwise for that account, since none of the Meta-first tools on this list documents AppLovin, Unity, Moloco or an MMP connection.
- All clients DTC on Meta and TikTok, tight budget: Superads for reporting, or Atria for reporting plus statics.
- All clients DTC, AI analyst wanted, under $50K spend: Motion.
- Research-led creative shop: Foreplay.
- Production is the gap: Segwise if new ads should come from the client's own winners; Arcads or HeyGen for spokesperson video; Higgsfield for cinematic footage.
When you do not need a generation tool at all: if each client briefs its own production team or a creative studio, a strong analysis tool and a clear brief may be all you buy. Our list of creative analytics tools for agencies compares that side alone, and our ad reporting tools guide covers reporting-only options. For production-only picks, see our guide to AI ad generation tools.
How to roll out an AI tool across client accounts
- Start with one client. Pick the account with the most creative volume and connect only that client during the trial.
- Get client permission in writing before you connect their ad accounts or MMP to a new vendor, and check the vendor's security page (Segwise, for example, is SOC 2 Type II compliant).
- Set access by client. Create one project, brand or workspace per client, and give contractors and client contacts view-only access to their own account.
- Load brand rules before you generate. Upload each client's brand deck, approved colors, tone and required disclaimers, so first drafts arrive on-brand.
- Run old and new side by side for two weeks. Keep your current report going, and compare what the new tool flags against what your team found by hand.
- Agree a review step. Every AI-generated ad gets a human check for brand, claims and compliance before it reaches the client.
- Roll out client by client, and note which clients' spend sits outside the tool's networks before you promise them anything.

Choosing AI tools for your agency's client mix
Agencies need AI tools for two separate jobs, analysis and production, and the right pick depends on where each client spends. Segwise fits clients on several networks or an MMP, Motion, Atria, Foreplay and Superads suit Meta-first DTC accounts, and Arcads, HeyGen or Higgsfield cover video production. A paid analysis tool earns its place once two of the five conditions in the decision rule above are true. Your first step is to trial one tool on the client account with the most creative volume.
